Luxury Resale Network (“LRN”) Consignment Terms and Policies:
Payment Process
Our payment system runs monthly and payments are made to you when you have completed sales between the first and the last day of every month. Your check and invoice will reflect the completed sales from the previous month, so if you have sales in February, you will be paid in March.
Please note that if your item is sold through an affiliate or sold through an online marketplace, fees associated with the marketplace or affiliate will be deducted from your proceeds.
Limited time trial service offer is 100% commission on net profit of first sold item when you consign 5 or more items; after marketing, shipping, processing fees. Offer is for new consignors only, and can only be applied once per consignor.
Items we accept:
High-end designer women’s & men's clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories.
We also accept fine jewelry and collectibles.
The items you submit must meet the requirements below:
retailed for at least $400
was made in the past 7 years
we accept vintage items by Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, fine jewelry & watches.

The Process
Please mail all of our your items to the mailing address at the top of this contract. We ask for you to get signature confirmation, tracking, & highly suggest insurance on your package.
The process of receiving your boxes, creating an inventory of your items, photographing them and listing them typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks. If you haven't heard from us within two weeks of receipt of your items, feel free to give us a call or send us an e-mail.
Prices are determined by LRN and markdowns will be taken at the sole discretion of management.
Consignment Period
The consignment period shall begin on the date your items are listed. We’ll continue to list your items for up to 6 months. If you have items that remain unsold after 6 months then we will ship your items back to you or ask you if you would like us to continue to list your items. At any time during this contract LRN has the right to terminate business with the consignor for any reason. At that point LRN will return all consignment items to buyer at LRN's cost.
Authentication
We at LRN pride ourselves on only selling 100% authentic designer items. We reserve the right to work with professional authenticators for your items at our discretion. Should an item be deemed inauthentic we will destroy it, and it will not be sent back to you.
If a watch has to be authenticated and is found to be a replica, the authentication fee of $25 will be deducted from your paycheck.
If an Hermes bag has to be authenticated and is found to be a replica, the authentication fee of $60 will be deducted from your paycheck.
If any other Hermes item (other than a handbag) has to be authenticated and is found to be a replica, the authentication fee of $25 will be deducted from your paycheck.
Client Referral Policy
We love getting the seal of approval from our clients, so we're happy to reward those who refer us to their friends! Here's how it works: Clients are paid a one-time bonus of $25 per new client referred once the new client receives their first sales check.
Legality Section:
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including all attachments, constitutes the entire agreement among the parties to this transaction and replaces all prior agreements, communications and representations. No agreements, communications or representations made by any party to this Agreement that is not expressly stated in this Agreement are legally binding.
Consignor’s Representations, Warranties and Indemnification
The consignor hereby warrants to Luxury Resale Network that it has good and marketable title to the products none of which are subject to any liens or other encumbrances and further warrants to Luxury Resale Network that the products consigned pursuant to this Agreement are not in violation of any trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right of any third party, state or federal law, or administrative regulation. The consignor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Resale Network from all damages, suits, litigation, awards and costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees that may arise out of the display or sale of the products for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to civil or criminal suits over authenticity, legality, ownership, infringement of copyright or trademark or any other claim or litigation.
No Implied Waiver
Either party’s failure to insist, in any one or more instances on strict performance by the other party of any of the terms to this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any continuing or subsequent failure to perform or delay in performance of any term hereof.
Responsibility
All consignments are left or mailed in at owners risk. Luxury Resale Network is not responsible for loss by theft, fire, negligence, or any other cause.
Severability
If one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall be declared or held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect in any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and any such declaration or holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
Headings
Headings used in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and shall not be used to construe meaning or intent.
Counterparts/Electronic Signature
This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. For purposes of this Agreement, use of a email, or other electronic medium shall have the same force and effect as an original signature.
Amendments
No amendment, modification or waiver of any terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless it is written and approved by all parties to this transaction.
Choice of Law
This agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Furthermore, you and Luxury Resale Network hereby agree to submit to personal jurisdiction of the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts
Items We Are Unable to Sell
Luxury Resale Network reserves the right to refuse to list any items we deem are unsellable due to brand name, low resale value, or condition. Consignor attests to the authenticity of all consigned items. Items found to be counterfeit will be destroyed.
Items We Are Unable to Buy
For cash offers: If a cash offer is not agreed upon between the item owner and LRN, then any items mailed in or given to or left with LRN will automatically be consigned and sold by LRN for a 6 month period before being mailed back to the owner.
I have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as they may be modified by LRN from time-to-time and posted on the LRN website.
